"I really liked their fast response providing me with passwords to get into the hotel because we were going to arrive late. Very clean property. Even though we were late for breakfast, we were offered a cup of coffee free of charge. The only difficulty that I encountered is that the restroom is shared, but it is acceptable."

"We really looked forward to staying here but our stay was absolutely ruined by smokers next door. We paid extra for a harbour view which was lovely but we could not open the window or sit on the shared balcony because our room was next to a smoking room and the guests there exercised their right to smoke. When we mentioned this in the morning the customer service was appalling with the receptionist shrugging her shoulders and asking what she could do. Well; for one thing not have a smoking room...

"It is off peak season so the hotel/lodge is not stuffed during check in time. Hope the self-check in instructions can be sent one day ahead because accessing internet is not always possible while traveling. And the bagged breakfast is too basic and the quantity is on low side. Overall, the lodge itself is great."

"The family enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was OK. One thing I did not like was was communicating through Expedia. Expedia app is not convenient to use for communicating with the property, and the app also prevented exchange of email addresses (which would have been much more convenient once we were on the road and working from mobile phones). "This is absolute jewel! Great property at the waterfront within 30 minutes from Stavanger. Clean, spacious room, good breakfast. The proper cook who know what he is doing! Best chicken i had in my long journey...we will be back and back and back! Thank you! "
