"Staff were great and went out of there way to be hospitable for our 2 room stay 11/10 Beachcomber as a brand is starting to show its age, facilities are nice, aroma of wet carpet in the lifts was the same as the beachcomber in the bay of islands, brought back fond childhood memories "

"Loved it at Top of Town. Tracee was very welcoming and the bedroom and ensuite very, very, very comfortable. Spotlessly clean with good hot drink selection. Tracee was very helpful in every way. There was no option for breakfast but many choices in short walk."

"Greeted at reception by great friendly staff, i had an issue with the TV remote not working and sadly using a different remote did not work however this was fine as i was shown where the buttons on the TV were so not a big deal. The floor tiling in the bathroom needs a bit of attention but overall a pleasant stay."
