"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. "Myself and my partner stayed here with our 1 year old for 2 nights for my birthday. The location is perfect if you want to park your car and not use it all weekend! There is either one space at the back of the property and you pay a deposit for a permit or there's a manned multi story car park just over the road. Everything you could want is in walking distance and there are plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants to chose from. The house itself is a cross 3 floors but very comfortable and ideal...

"The description of the accommodation is inaccurate and misleading. There is no kitchen within the accommodation itself, there is a shared kitchen. The furniture was of very poor quality, especially the mattress which was also stained. The shower drain was blocked. There was nowhere to store clothes other than four hangers. The carpet was stained. The bedding was cheap and poor quality. The crockery and cutlery provided was cheap and mismatched. The entrance hallway smelled. Worst of all there...

"Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...
