"My husband and I stay in the Villages every year when we come down to open up his mother's place for the winter. It is conveniently located to the expressway and has easy access to Home Depot and groceries for getting her set up. Staying here is much nicer than staying in a hotel for a week. This also gives us the convenience of having her stay with us if we need to do any major repairs on her place. All that said, this place was perfect for us. "Excellent location and very nice house. Check in was stressful - didn't have correct code and had to sit outside for over 2 hours. VRBO also not helpful. Once checked in- very nice"

"The property has everything one could want in a vacation home with the amazing lake views from most rooms. We used the screened in porch many times to visit and eat. I caught fish from the dock and had fun trying out a kayak for the first time. The location is also great with a short drive to Inverness and many good restaurants. Crystal River is also nearby where we went and swam with the manatees which was a great adventure using Explorida for the tour guide."

"Overall it was a lovely home. The kitchen garbage can should be replaced as the interior of the lid is rather gross. And the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. Other than that the place was clean, well air conditioned and the pool was fantastic."

"Have stayed in other properties in this gated community. Location is perfect for fishing the flats and swimming in the springs. The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. Did not affect our stay but looks like they have not been addressed for awhile. Really feel the...
