"Have stayed in other properties in this gated community. Location is perfect for fishing the flats and swimming in the springs. The negatives are… no outside fish cleaning station, community landscaping is not kept up, lots of construction going on. Inside the home the furniture in living room was so uncomfortable.had a few items that need to be fixed door hinges, light bulbs were out in living room. Did not affect our stay but looks like they have not been addressed for awhile. Really feel the...

"Listing was exactly as described. Easy check in and check out. Perfect location. We would definitely stay again. The only issue was the lack of extra basic amenities, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extra, and no extra paper towels or garbage bags."

"Thank you for letting us stay at your rental home. We found everything that we needed and then some! Your place makes a wonderful family get a way. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time. "
