"Your upkeep and maintenance is superbe. I was extremely surprised at the quality of my room and the over all property. There seemed to be a few items on the common floor that were left for more than a day. One item was a child's sock. Another was some trash outside. Breakfast is bland- your sausage patties have a lot to be desired. Maybe change it up every other day? Yes, I would go back, but not for the breakfast."

"My stay was from a unfortunate home issue. The Whole Staff was so understanding & accommodating. The young man at my arrival, because a home plumbing issue was so understanding & concern with my comfort. The clerk Angela & young lady that was at front desk 2/1/2/25 was special in making sure my son & I were ok, in our rechecks. Housekeepers were spot on. Thank you, Best Western Team for making Our Household Dilemma being soothed. Kudos, Best Western Webster,Texas Staff!"

"As soon as we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. Their customer service was excellent! The hotel was very tidy, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that, even though it was close to the highway, it was quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I’ll definitely come back again!"
