"The house is very well located, you do not need a car. The beach is 8 minutes away on foot, the bus stop is 20 meters away from the house. There are very frequent busses. The house is very clean, you have everything you need; but there are no moskito nets, so we brought them with us, which was a good help. We recommend this house."

"The location is close to drive to local areas and beaches. We also had monkeys on the property one morning which was lovely to see. We enjoyed the outdoor shower/ bathroom concept but I would advise that this does mean the bathroom often has unexpected guests - frogs, cockroaches, milipedes etc. There were some issues upon check in with the cleanliness of the bedding & towels. "This little cottage is in the most convenient location, right next to a grocery store, walking distance to bars and restaurants and beach access. We stayed for almost two weeks while working, and it became our comfortable little home. The main room opens to a covered patio, while the bedroom window sits above the pond. "South Point Hotel in Barbados is a hidden gem on the south coast with excellent service and delicious food. We had a fantastic and comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional.The beds were soooo comfortable! It is highly likely that we will be visiting again before the year is out!"

Amazing child-free getaway

"I travel a lot, both for business and pleasure and this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room (307) was enormous, clean and the bed ultra comfortable. I like that we had both aircon and ceiling fan. Three-way French door to the balcony had a mosquito nets, and the hot tub worked! But what was the best was the food. Absolutely best AI food I had in any resort I have been. Great variety and lots to choose from. Smoked marlin was absolute top. Staff was very friendly, cocktails yummy and the beach was a picture-perfect! The hotel was getting sunbeds and parasols to the beach daily and they also came to the beach to take our bar orders and brought it to us! I hardly stay anywhere twice, but I will definitely come back to Abidah."

Bridgetown Gem

"Our stay at the Soco was wonderful. Service was top notch and pampering. The food was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the pool and ocean for lounging and dipping. Convenient location and staff from checkin to checkout was great - special shout out to the bar staff - Michelle, Shane, and Zach. The food service staff competent and friendly, especially Reina. The Chef deserves special praise for her outstanding meals.Additional praise for Michelle, who also connected us to the city, activities in the area and a tour around the island. It does need to be said that having a fourth floor room with no elevator will be an issue for anyone with mobility issues."
