"Second time here. The staff are really wonderful; welcoming, kind and helpful. I wonder a little around the cleanliness:finding foreign hairs in our bed, but overall it was quite clean. "Showering is a challenge and you have to be careful you don’t wet your clothes as the shower room is small.There’s not a lot of heating but water is hot. Stairs are a challenge, they are steep and narrow. To use the loo at night is a challenge. It’s freezing and the light lasts a very short time. The air con wasn’t working in our dorm but they wouldn’t listen until after 5 days and then it wasn’t good."
