"It was a bit of a travel into town but with trams so regular it didn’t bother us much. Rooms were spotless and staff could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. "

"A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. They couldn't do enough for you. Located in the ideal location, on Amstel. It's a 20ish minute walk into the center of Amsterdam (25 minutes to Central Station) and around a 20 minute walk to the Heineken and the Van Gogh Museum. Some lovely restaurants around the area and the hotel backs onto Rembrandtplein, which features clubs and other restaurants. The National Opera and Ballet is on the other side of the water. I stayed in a twin room with canal view and lucked out with the 5th floor overlooking Amstel. The view was stunning. I slept with the curtains open so I could look out overnight. The room was spacious and the bathroom was in good nick. Great facilities in the hotel, including a mini self serve supermarket (including a Starbucks coffee machine) and air hockey and a pool table. I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurants or explore much further, but overall had a great experience at the hotel."

"This hotel is perfect if you have a layover that's overnight. I've stayed here several times and the staff is efficient, the room is clean and peaceful. I really liked the bathroom as it offers everything you need to shower, including soaps, lotions and hair blower. I will continue to stay here when I have an overnight layover at Schiphol. Thank you."

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Casa for a week in Amsterdam. We were a little hesitant because it is outside the city centre. However, we are very happy we made the decision to stay here. It is a quiet area that provided a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Central station is less than a 10 minute ride from Amstel Station, which is right next to the hotel. Day trips were also cheaper from Amstel Station. The hotel was clean and quiet, with rooms bigger than normal for Europe. Staff were fabulous. They were kind and helpful and really made us feel welcome and at home. Bed was comfortable, shower was clean and had sufficient hot water. We would definitely stay here again. "
