"Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and quiet. Not super close to the centre or many restaurants/cafes but an easy walk. "

Room was clean and tidy and we opted for no window room, the bed was comfortable and overall liked everything provided. First time staying here will definitely stay again much better than other hotels we have used in the area "

"The hotel is very nice, very clean, staff were helpful, not having parking is very inconvenient, having to drop everything and then drive to a carpark and then walk back? If you have kids its not ideal. Other then that would recommend If you’re not driving this hotel is great! "

"The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water but the pressure was not as good as at other hotels we have stayed at but was still okay. Our room was near the lift so had the constant lift ding all night plus the sound of other guests talking in the hall. Other than that there was no exterior road noise to be heard. The Club Lounge was fine but located on the ground floor with the other dining facilities and not on a Club floor as you’d expect. It was small but...

"I've paid for hotel when I've booked with hotels.com and on arrival lady asked for my card, I thought it was just for authorisation but found out next day she actually charged me again for same room. After speaking to 3 different people managed to get refund but no apologies whatsoever. To be honest not very happy with that! "
