I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. "This property provided the perfect respite as we left DC during Spring Break. The property was exactly as described; extremely spacious, clean, and with useful amenities. The beds were comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort provided by the floor mattresses our children slept on. The linens were plentiful And the entire space had clear communication with placards that shared requests from the host. Would definitely book this location again if travelling in the area. "
