"Beautifully appointed property. We had a lovely room in a quiet area on the ground floor. The staff in all areas of service were excellent. Polite and helpful. The spa is lovely. There was an obvious lack of basic toiletries in the rooms. Eg no bossy cream or shower cap. The massage was great but no water offered post treatment. And in 2025 electric car chargers should be installed for such a good quality hotel. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay "

A lot of Mold, spiders and cobwebs around the windows. The pool area was great. We had slippers and robes provided, very helpful for walking to the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all, would have preferred table service. "
