"The house very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The unit was very clean and just like the photos. Check in was very simple and quick. The surrounding area was very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The only improvement i would suggest is the shower. There is an over 1 foot step up into the shower. Not bad on the way in but difficult on the way out. The handle on the wall helps. One step would solve the issue. Overall we loved it. "

"This property does NOT have a hot tub. I asked 3x and was told each time it does. Upon arrival was then told did not. Washing machine was broken. Dining room chairs were nasty. Couch had holes in cushions. Wifi information provided was incorrect. No controller for TV, had to download roku app to use. All windows were left open on arrival. AC was only window units and not in all bedrooms. AC was not on upon arrival. Not enough silverware for 6 people, like posted in ad. No dish towels provided....

"The property owner cancelled my reservation 5 hours before check-in stating “an accident had occurred at the property due to a natural disaster and required months of renovation”. The property owner never replied to my multiple messages asking more details about the incident such as what exactly happened and when, and why the cancellation was so last minute. I even drove past the property on my way to the hotel I had to rent last minute for nearly 5 times the cost, and nothing seemed wrong with...
