The rooms are clean and comfy. The only issue is the bathroom "pocket door". Hard to close and hard to open. The only thing I would give zero stars is the in-room coffee. Horrible.

Heritage Hotel is a rustic property, perfect and very convenient for those visiting Heritage Village. Facilities are nice , clean, but the bathrooms are a bit outdated and basic for the quality of the rest of the hotel. Everything is clean

Heritage Hotel was a nice place, slightly dated on the lobby and common areas. Over all very comfortable, clean, and most of all quiet. Great hotel for a family. The tavern ( onsite restaurant) was a pleasant surprise great food and comfortable atmosphere.
