"Front desk checkin was quick and informative...friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay...nothing spectacular but ok..eggs had texture of a boxed powder mix. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was outside trash overflow on first floor side exit door. Need to empty more frequently. Perkins restaurant was nice to have right next door. Overall good hotel. "
