I loved the carrot muffins and french toast. My car broke down in the parking lot and the host was able to connect me with the help I needed. I highly recommend Timber House for a retreat close to quaint friendly towns and nice restaurants. "

You really can't beat the price and the location if you're in the brighton area. Tim hortons is about fifteen minutes if that and mcdonald's is about six minutes down.The road. This place worked for all of our needs.So, we can enjoy a celebration of life without having any real concerns. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact if needed."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cottage. Very relaxing just sitting there by the lakeside in the morning while i drink my coffee...and then fire pit at night with some smores. Wisdom and Mike were very accommodating and always very helpful. They have one thing in mind...to make customers happy and satisfied. And that's what's they do! Very quick to respond to your needs. "Wisdom and Maria were some of the most accommodating hosts I have ever experienced. The cottage was not heated and we had a very cool night but they remedied the situation within minutes with a space heater that worked very well. All other questions we had were answered right away. Beautiful lake and nice quiet area. Restaurant close by as well as the quaint town of Brighton. We enjoyed our visit here. Thank you!"
