"The comunication from the hotel was great. The room itself was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. Great veiws towards the sea front. Great location near the front and all local amenaties etc. 1st time staying hear, but we will 100% be using this is our new no1 choice when staying over in cleathorpes again in the future. "Avoid this place! Rooms were dirty there was mould all over the bathroom couple of weed smokers were in other rooms and it smelled disgusting we didn’t even spend more than 20 minutes there and they didn’t give a refund. "

"Clean, tidy & spacious. House is up to date, close to the beach walkable. Would stay again. "

"Lovely spacious double room. With the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Good size shower and strong shower spray. Very friendly staff, owner is the breakfast chef and the breakfast was excellent. Had steak on our 1st night, i have to say its best steak I've had for a long time and with proper homemade chips. Village is small enough to wander around to walk with various sites to see. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This property is very run down and dangerous Inside of the property were people who were clearly there because they were homeless and had no where else to go . Above the toilet is the houses combi boiler which is dangerous. No television in the room, building work going on inside of the property and the WiFi code that does not work . So to summarise this really isn’t accommodation for people wanting travel accommodation but a place where homeless people are given temporary accommodation. ...

"Great communication throughout. Immaculate property. Bedrooms lovely all with own bathroom. Plenty of xommunal areas. Dining room perfect for our buffet, the oldies loved chilling in the large comfortable living area. The pool table was agreat hig, and tbe large well equipped kitchen becane our bar area. "Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

A fabulous weekend

"The hotel was brilliant our nephew absolutely loved every minute of his stay it’s very child friendly he loved the bunk beds and bean bag in the room We had a meal at the restaurant with the dragons and dinosaurs great for the kids but the bistro was much nicer. The wildlife park was brilliant. We will definitely be back."

"Loved the location, food, service. Standard room - very comfortable and clean. Amazing breakfast. Coffee machine in the dining room wasn't the best and either needs servicing, or upgrading, and maybe a second one. We attended a family function and the hot buffet was exceptional, plentiful and tasty. Staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. "

Holiday Inn Express Lincoln City Centre, an IHG Hotel

"We had a wonderful night stay over at the hotel we came to see the cathedral and castle . The hotel had plenty of parking and we received a discount code which allowed us to still go shopping and collect the car the day after for only £10 . The hotel was very clean and modern and the room was spotless . The bed was extremely comfortable as well . The breakfast was a lovely hot buffet with great coffee. Would highly recommend this hotel . I guess that’s why it receives high scores . "
