"The buffet breakfast was amazing and included in the room rate. We had beautiful weather and took the ferry ride to Interlaken which we highly recommend doing. The walk to the falls is a must. Altogether a wonderful experience in this historic luxury hotel."

"Very nice and clean property right on the lake. Only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station which is convenient. When I was there there were a lot of families with young children and not a lot of young adults so it was not a very social hostel as a solo traveller, I do not know if it is always like this. "

"There is lock of "NO smoking policy" I had a family room with a hot top on the balcony, others travelers can smoke on balcony without any consequences per hotel's staff. There is only "No smoking" inside the room but not anywhere outside. I would not recommend to any traveling with family. "

"Absolutely amazing apartment. Everything you could need. Very close to the station and supermarket which is ideal. The host was very helpful and was happy to answer text messages during our day. To wake up and look out over the lake and see the snow top mountains was priceless.. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."
