"This house is perfect for large groups, with space to comfortably sleep everyone and lots of communal space, both inside and out. The grounds are lovely with beautiful views out over the countryside. Its location, is perfect for visiting Lyme Regis, we spent a great day by the sea. "

"Lovely spacious accommodation with everything you’ll need to self cater. Extremely peaceful and no light pollution other than the twinkle coming from the village down in the valley. All important areas were clean, French doors were covered in fingerprints from previous occupants, which was a shame. Only gripe was the shower needs replacing, the pressure is awful and the temperature was all over the place (no other taps were running at the same time), but it has a very decent bath and plenty of hot water. We loved our stay here and really enjoyed walking down the beautiful country roads. "

"Lovely hotel for our 1 night stay. Friendly welcoming staff made it special. Great breakfast, lots of options including my favourite avocado on sourdough. Yes a little noisy at night due to being located on a busy street, but lovely room with an unexpected 4 poster bed and free standing bath. Perfect base for exploring the area. We walked 2 miles to West Bay and drove to Lyme Regis. Would have liked to enjoy a drink in the courtyard garden under the wisteria as it looked beautiful but time was against us. Market right outside on Saturday morning was great for fresh fruit, veg and plants. Hotel parking was very useful."

"We loved the privacy and security of the garden studio, it was clean, tidy and had everything we needed and the hosts were lovely! Great value for money! Would happily stay here again :)"

"The property is a slice of heaven with rolling hills divided into plush green fields divided by hedge rows. The quiet outdoors is only broken by singing birds and the local sheep and horses. The farmhouse is beautiful with Carolyn being the perfect hostess. Morning breakfast was wonderful and served with a smile. We loved it."

"If you are looking for a vfm option in West Bay this hotel is the place. We had room 7 on the first floor, spacious, whirlpool bath and even a teapot. In our opinion 2 negatives for this room, the mattress was way too soft and the seagulls from 0400hrs, can't really do anything about the 2nd being near the sea!!! The breakfast is quality, great choice and only £10 per day. The hotel is not statebor modern if that is what you are looking for, however the atmosphere and staff make up for it."
