"Accommodation was expensive but as we was only staying for 1 night we thought we'd spoil ourselves. Accommodation was 3 steps(I counted) to the bar/restaurant which was beautifully furnished,and the restaurant overlooked the harbour.I would say probably the best seats in the house to enjoy our evening meal,and gorgeous Yorkshire breakfast.Definitely will stay here again if there's a show we want to go to at the Spa, ideal location."

"Just back from South Lodge and want to say thank you very much to Steve & Tony. We arrived early and the rooms were ready, they were spacious, clean, beds were comfy the decor was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of and not for the fainthearted. Parking at the property spot on as you dont always have that luxory. Well stocked Tea & Coffee in the room and the homemade cookies were very tasty and a chocolate finished off the welcoming. Toiletries were top quality. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve & Tony the perfect hosts who made us very welcome indeed, thank you for the hospitality. We will be back for sure. Shaz & Rob, Kev & Anne "
