"The property was not only a beautiful design with much attention to detail being paid to not only the aesthetics, but also the practicality of all areas. I do not have any accessibility requirements however it was nice to see that this was also considered in the design. The staff...well, they were also excellent. Very friendly, always greeting you and nothing was ever any trouble (but they had thought of everything anyway). I only had breakfast at the hotel but this was also excellent (variety and quality), with everything you could possibly want to eat! I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to go again one day."

"Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is a hotel we repeated stays at every time we are in that area. It has a wonderful view of the Twin Towers and is conveniently located to excellent shopping, food, and entertainment options! We also enjoy their widespread breakfast buffet! We will visit soon!"
