"It was Very pleasant experience in the AKA Hotel! Aziza and Oscar at front desk were very polite and helpful ! The King Suite room was outstanding with great view ! Room was clean and bed was very comfortable ! Definitely will comeback to this Beautiful Hotel! Thank you!!!"

"Wish the property had self-parking. Using the valet was inconvenient. Property was ideally located for where we wanted to go in Miami. Maybe the property could promote better closer dining options that are walkable."

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"
