"Having read some reviews I expected this to be more run down than it was. It was actually very good for the money. Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own). Staff were helpful, place was very well located next to the lift and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. There is underground parking, but it’s height...

"Had a delay in route to the hotel. Spoke with staff on the telephone explaining the delay in Italy and I would arrive very late that night. They put me at ease explaining there will always be someone available 24 hours"

"It is a nice and pleasant 3-star hotel near the center of Briancon. There is a restaurant attached which has good hamburgers--it is a place for eating after a day hiking or skiing, rather than for an elegant meal. Breakfast was great--fresh oranges and a squeezer, and they had bigger plates than I'm used to--also sized for hungry active people. The staff were friendly."

"A great place to stay for a group of friends. 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of these with full ensuite and the 3rd with a shower in the room and toilet nearby. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with view to the south. Well-equipped. On the 2nd floor with no lift. Access by keycode. There are plenty of places to park for free within a 10 min walk - or paid parking nearby. Off-loading outside only. Easy to find! We were here for skiing but it would be a great place to stay in the summer too!"

"A charming hotel with good parking facilities. The room was superb and very clean. Very convenient for the town. If you have heavy baggage, this hotel might not be for you as there isn’t a lift. Ask for one of the lower floor rooms. We were on the third but our bags were light so not an issue. Overall, a great stay and one we would recommend."
