"My group and I were concerned about staying at the place due to the winter storm that was happening. I was communicating with the owners the entire time and they were very accommodating. Even giving us an extension the next day due to the poor road conditions two hours before check out. Overall a nice place and we had our needs met for the trip. "

"We've stayed at several properties in East Nashville, and this was the best. The condo is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and parking was a breeze. Check in/out was seamless. It was too cold/wet for us to enjoy the rooftop deck, but I'm sure it's a great spot to hang when the weather cooperates. Bonus: it's also less than a five minute walk to our favorite coffee spot, Elegy East on Gallatin. "

The walkability to bars, restaurants, shops, cafes, and music venues is unbeatable. Plus, it's only a 5-minute drive to downtown Broadway. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group.
