The game room was a blast and well utilized, which really helped to avoid having to go elsewhere for entertainment. Easy communication with the owners. We will definitely come here again, but will come during warmer weather to take full advantage of the outdoor amenities!"

"The pool was the highlight for our group of 12. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. The fire pit added to the ambiance while we cooked dinner on the grill, making the evenings even more special. "Great location! Enjoyed the 12 South community within walking distance. The house was very comfortable and adequate for our 3 generational family. The front entrance was difficult for my husband with aging knees, we were thankful for the back entrance and parking area. Host was available and accommodating. The grill and oven have been neglected which gave us a good excuse to order out and support the community. We would go back!"
