"This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. There was plenty of space to spread out, and we really enjoyed the great gathering areas both inside and outside. Everything was clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the amenities we could need. The hosts were fantastic at communicating and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Plus, the location was ideal—close to everything in town. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay!"

The box spring was stained with what could have been blood; the majority of the blinds were either broken or missing sections: the bathroom toilets were dirty; the microwave and fridge were filthy; I could go on. We spent time and money going to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies, sheets for the bed (didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the ones provided), etc and because it was the weekend of the Iron Bowl, we could not find...

"Had a great stay at Gray Villa! Came to town with friends for a football game. The house is set up very well for multiple couples/friends. Very clean. Loved the back yard for a fire pit in the evening! Host had toiletries and all amenities that you may need. Thanks so much! Would definitely stay here again!"

"If your looking for a comfortable place to stay while in Tuscaloosa this is your place. We have never seen so many Alabama themed items in a home before. With the sky high prices of hotel rooms during game weekends this is a much better option for 5 or 6 people. Thank you Brenda"

"My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to attend the Iron Bowl. Staying in a home vs a hotel is a game changer. We enjoyed being able to have a kitchen at our disposal and to watch additional games on the home’s large TV that weekend. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and helpful. Would stay here again. "

"With our granddaughter being a senior at Alabama and not going home for the holiday we decided to meet there and celebrate Thanksgiving. Her parents came from Pittsburgh and her granddad and I from Florida. Perfect house for this kind of trip. We also had her Roommate with her family for dinner. Very nice celebration. "The barndominium is so cute and cozy, and was the perfect place for our visit to Tuscaloosa for the BAMA Family Weekend and Game Day! Situated just outside town away from all the hustle-bustle of Tuscaloosa in a beautiful wooded area in the countryside. Super quiet and peaceful. There’s a porch swing to take in the country air and even a chicken coop in the yard! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of linens and towels. Our family had a wonderful stay! 10/10 - highly recommend! "

And even though we were unable to take advantage of it, the back patio was a nice extra space for any guests staying here. The host was considerate enough to include a few bonus items for consumption and he was accessible when I needed questions answered. "
