"Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. Everything else was amazing...

"The Hotel was to say the least exceptional. It was approximately 15 minutes from the train and an breath taking walk for views as they were phenomenal. It was later in the day on arrival. We had some clothes to be cleaned. We had checked in, they recommended the restaurant below on site. "Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. You can open the window by an interesting mechanism that I had to confirm with the staff), and the bathrooms were very nice and spacious for a European ski lodge. Free breakfast was great. Hot tub après ski is one of my big likes, and their pool, although not heated to jacuzzi temperatures, is still plenty warm...
