"My wife and I had wonderful stay at the farm. The space is a renovated apartment on the top floor of a barn that has goats. Very spacious and nice. Beautiful views from the deck, especially during the Fall foliage season. Not hard to find and not too far from Watkins Glen and Corning. The host was easy to communicate with."

"1.there wasn't a kitchen sink to wash our coffee cups. we had to wash them in the bathroom sink :( 2. no wash cloths in either bathroom 3. shower stalls leaked onto floor and were so small you could barely turn around. 4. no curtains on any windows which made it extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the murphy bed in the living room.. 5. no handrails on the steep bedroom steps. 6. nowhere to unpack clothes 7. freezer needs to be defrosted 8. toilet seats were not tightened down and moved if you...

"The area and location is semi-secluded and close to the state park. The property is clean and well maintained. The outside furniture is unwelcoming and needs to be upgraded. The bedroom does not have heat so it gets alittle cold. Overall the place is nice but overpriced based on what is provided. "

"This house was so charming, with beautiful views of the lake in the fall, and lots of beds for a group trip. Perfect location for being close to town, local hiking, and all of the wineries. Julie was a super helpful host with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a great time!"
