The check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the location was extremely convenient, allowing them to walk to the event. The apartment itself was great, especially the kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare a quick breakfast. "Tammy was a wonderful host! Her and her husband communicated directions for parking and met us when we arrived to show us up to the unit. The house was very charming and was close to everything Tremont has to offer. Beds were super comfortable and the house has everything you’d need to have a comfortable stay. We were here for NYE and Tammy was nice enough to give us a late checkout in order for us to rest a little longer :) Highly recommend if you ever visit Tremont!"

"Stayed 3 nights as we were visiting the Rock n Roll and Football hall of fame. Communication was great, as were directions for parking garage and check in. Place wasn’t cleaned well by the cleaning service and we had to wash and fold the dirty towels that were left. We also had to sweep the place. After that things were okay. "Place was extremely well set up when we arrived. Lots of fun amenities and very thoughtful set up with guests in mind. Every detail was thoroughly thought out. The set up itself was so cute. Fun colors and unique decor. Loved every second of our stay here and cannot wait for our next Cleveland trip! Owner was extremely kind and answered every text in a timely manner. If I could I’d do 10/5 stars!"

"This unit is perfect for a stay in the heart of Cleveland. It is located on pedestrian-only 4th Street right in the middle of ample dining, nightlife and cultural options. It is steps from the House of Blues. And it is walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the stadiums where the Cavaliers, Browns and Guardians play. The accommodations are super nice and the host is responsive. My wife and and I will definitely stay here again. "
