"First they should advertise free parking with this unit, that's a plus. The bad side: They never reached out with the code to get in, I had to call. They gave us the wrong address. They gave us the wrong code to get in the building. The door to the unit had dead batteries and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to let us in. The pillows were flat. The towels were small and cheap."

"We have been in Kent three times the past year and always stay at the Rocking horse. We love its vintage charm and beautiful quaint neighborhood. Bob is extremely thoughtful with all the extras he provides. We will be back."

"We had a great time staying here. Neither one of us had been to Cleveland before and it was a perfect location close to great restaurants and activities. The house is beautiful and the area around it is as well. James was a great host and fun to talk to during our amazing breakfasts. We definitely will be back."

"The property owners insisted on collecting my credit card information instead of charging you through VRBO. They tried to put a surprise damage deposit charge on my credit card (that wasn't mentioned in the listing) two days before check in. They didn't send the check in instructions until I called from the airport in the evening. And the apartment was filthy! I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed in weeks. I recommend you stay away from this one."

"Overall great experience. This property had a unique industrial charm in a renovated multipurpose building. We were very close to downtown venues without being in the thick of the chaos. Perfect for our short getaway. Would definitely book again. "

"This was just the cutest & most fun hotel to stay at. We only stayed for one night & I wish we had booked a second night. The vibe inside the hotel is so cool. The restaurant for breakfast was really good, huge portions. The rooms had a lot of charm to them with the tall ceilings & wooden shutters on the windows. Will DEFINITELY stay here again. "
