"Second stay at the hotel, and a pleasant couple of night. Great to see a hotel with EV charging points making the trip around East Anglia and back to Cheshire an easier exercise. Hotel is clean and spacious and rooms good, except no glasses in room for water. Spa and pool great and breakfast was well covered for all peoples requirements. "

Our room is in need of redecorating after what looks like an old damp issue from a water leak outside the bathroom but didn’t cause us any issues. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. "I was in town visiting a friend for nearly two weeks, and this little pod was such a delightful place to stay! Situated in a very charming Japanese garden, it was plenty private, cozy and comfortable. It also seemed bigger inside than the pictures might make it look.
