"The apartment is at the back of a main house and up some stairs. Its location is outstanding. You can easily walk to Second Street where there is so much happening, so many places to eat, shop, etc. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. Inside, the apartment is a perfect size for a couple or a small family. The bed in the pullout couch is comfortable too. Not a bad thing to say about the place at all. "

"We really enjoyed staying in the apartment beside Katie's home! It's a lovely place - very comfortable! My only disappointment was that a hot tub was advertised on the VRBO site, but it didn't exist. Katie refunded us $100 and said she will update that on the site. Their backyard pool isn't heated, so it was too cool to use it without a hot tub in the fall. Katie was very nice."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. It easily accommodated my wife and I, my parents, and my two kids. We were very appreciative of the individual bathrooms for the main two rooms and the half bath on the main floor. There is a fold out sofa, which at the time was missing a screw to allow it to work, but the two extra folding beds did the trick for our kids. The complex is very nice, quiet, and clean. "This studio apartment is wonderful. Kim the host is amazing. Communication was great. The bed is so comfortable and the shower was amazing. Being on the beach and watching the ships and wildlife was such a great benefit. We saw a playful pod of dolphins the very first day. We ordered food to be delivered from Vons and ate at a restaurant referred to us by Kim so the kitchenette worked for us. We would gladly stay there again if we travel n the area. Thanks Kim. "

"The place is nice, clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and the kitchen works well. Great neighborhood . The listing needs to be clear about where it is as we couldn't find it at night and had to call the host. Also the sprinklers are a real nuisance in the morning. You can't get around them.
