Böttö is located in the Göteborg harbor, with a house and a lighthouse. It was introduced mid 1800 and was occupied year round. In fog, a fog bell sounded every two minutes around the clock and the family had to pull a wire from the watch to the bed to get this done. Böttö is now possible to rent for conferences, kick-off and small for 30 ppl up to a day.
I wish I had this as a summer house =)

"We stayed at Hällsvik for seven days after five days in Stockholm. The accommodation is of an exceptional standard, and in an amazing location for the local beach, access to the Gothenberg archipelagos and the centre of Gothenberg it’s self. We have fallen madly in love with Gothenberg and will be back! The hosts were friendly, helpful and accommodating, and shared great ideas of what to do in the region."

"Als wir ankamen, fanden wir eine dreckige Wohnung vor. Die alte Bettwäsche war noch drauf, Wohnung unordentlich, Küche, Böden und Bad, Kühlschrank unsauber und überall noch private Sachen verteilt. Wir konnten unsere Sachen nicht auspacken, da die Kleiderschränke mit privater Kleidung belegt war. Die Fenster gingen in zwei Schlafzimmern nicht zu öffnen. "This is a fantastic property not to far from Liseberg and in walking distance to various restaurants, nature parks and the town. Axel is a fantastic host and was extremely helpful. He provided a list of things to do and recommendations that was great. He also went above and beyond to send back some jewellery that was accidentally left behind back to the UK for me. I went with my family for the Christmas markets and I would highly recommend staying here! Fantastic space and excellent value. "

"Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es fehlte nichts an der Ausstattung. Das Mobiliar lud zur Entspannung ein. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Es liegt nahe an einem Naherholungsgebiet. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Die Innenstadt ist in 25 Minuten erreichbar."

"We had an amazing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, taking time to answer our questions and help us navigate local transport. A special surprise was being upgraded to a larger room, it was such a lovely gesture, especially as we were celebrating our 10-year anniversary (which the hotel didn’t know about!). "I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for this hotel — it was nothing short of magical. The decor felt like something straight out of Alice in Wonderland. Every corner is beautifully curated, with incredible attention to detail and a mix of modern and special antique furniture throughout. So much pattern and colour but still so elegantly done and perfectly styled. For the kids, the highlights were the giant gold spiral slide in the lobby, which they took down to breakfast every morning! They were also completely enchanted by the gorgeous carousel ride, which ran several times a day. On weekends, the fun continued with a dedicated children’s room filled with games and a mini cinema. There was always something for them to do. Everything has been thought of for families at this hotel. We couldn’t fault it and will absolutely return. Thank you for such a special stay. "
