"The staff (from the online admin through to the reception and amenities staff) are all always so welcoming and helpful. Can be a little expensive at full rate but they often have offers and then the room rates are are not much more than local chain hotels - who cannot compete with the quality of the offer here nor the fact that you'll also be getting kitchen facilities for the price. I think the extra space and better layouts of the premium studios make them a better choice than the regular...

"Absolutely loved this place. We had a one-bedroom with interior balcony that served as an extra sitting room when our son was using the sofa bed. Kitchen well-stocked, beds comfortable, washer/dryer worked well. (There are user manuals online for every appliance.) Staff is lovely and there’s always someone available. We were there nine nights, will probably be back. "
