"Excellent location and staff, property is a bit run down. On arrival, several small things didnt work properly (chair broke when pulled to sit, light switch also broken, sofa bed slat broken, small area of bedroom had a weird smell). The staff called someone quickly to fix what they could and were super helpful. Its a great quiet location near an easily accessible area. Just wish the rooms were in better condition. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable."

"What a beautiful apartment Great location, short walk to the tube station Apartment was lovely and clean, with everything you would need for longer stays (we were gutted we were only there one night) Sofa bed was made up on our arrival The balcony was a lovely surprise, perfect for a glass of vino at night and your cuppa in the morning All in all a fabulous stay and we will definitely be back "

"Our check in was great. Lorraine, at reception was very nice and helpful. We were able to hold our luggage before our check in as we had booked a nearby tour at the Tower of London. The gentleman who took care of our luggage was nice too. Once we were able to enter our room our bags were brought to our room and the gentleman showed us around our apartment. It was the quietest apartment/room we have ever stayed in. Beds were so comfortable. The entire apartment was clean and the kitchen well...

"Hotel room is pleasant and a decent size. Noise isn't too bad for a London hotel, and the local transport options are good (especially if you're going to the O2). Also, even though I arrived quite a bit before check in started, they had a room available for me. "

"It was very spacious, had great amenities, close to tube and main bus routes. Grocery accross the street and great take out places close by. "

"Pros: convenient location, very nice and friendly staff. Cons: there was no blackout curtain in the living room and office windows are like 5 feet away looking directly across and in. No privacy when in that living area wasnt my favorite."
