"My wife and I stayed for two nights, comfortable house with interesting gardens. House was very clean. Did not matter to us but second bedroom has very low ceiling. Main bedroom had nice mattress. Easy check in and was nice and warm with lights on when we arrived which was a nice touch. Clearly they make an effort to make your stay comfortable as they can. Even a little toilet paper flower in the spare roll. "

"The house clean and details provided about the listing were very accurate. My wife enjoyed jetted tub. Location was excellent and easy to get following directions and information about the roads near cottage. The fenced in yard for dogs was very convenient . We only stayed one day and it rained but would be an excellent spot to view a beautiful sunset that the area is known for . "

"2 couples, stayed there in mid November. House inside and out is practically brand new. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels and linens. It was cold while we were there, but the outside deck is very large and spacious. Grill could use some help, and there are no TVs. Basement is a plus, but we didn't use it. Property manager lives right across the street and greeted us when we arrived to make sure everything was in order. When we come to the finger lakes, we will rent this house again."

"Very nice location, quiet. Never locked the door when we left! Great place to stay with pets. The trailer is old but we knew that from the description (we're old too!). Reminded me of the cottages at my aunt's picnic grove/lake. Couldn't ask for better hosts. Thanks Sally & George! "

"The house was perfect in every way with a beautiful view, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of the lights were out (the bulbs need to be replaced). And there was a good internet connection to get the football games on but we managed by using our phones and casting the games to the tv.I do recommend this location. "

"Stayed with family for the “it’s a wonderful life” festival. Nice location 15 mins from scenca falls. House slightly dirty, ants, mouse droppings. But to be expected that far in the country! Would recommend the festival!!"
