"Hotel area a little tired especially entrance stairs, room was good a bit cold on entry but soon warmed up once I worked out the aircon unit which is explained in a handy instruction guide. Food was very good and the discount for guests was a nice touch "

The only saving grace were the friendly and welcoming staff."

"Great place to stop over The barn is nice and our room was spacious and clean (we were given the easy accessable room). The wet room was a bonus so enjoyed the shower and space. The small patio are would be great in the summer to enjoy the beautiful views of the fields. You will share the entrance and hallway with other guests. "Had a wonderful stay at Wortley cottage guest house, for anybody that loves stopping in an old property this was lovely, the owners were very nice people. Will definitely be going back there. "
