"The unit was advertised as ground level with a photo of the patio door at ground level. there was no mention of how many stairs you had to go down to get to "ground levels". Unfortately, we did mange to go up and down all the 30 some stairs to get to the unit. my husband is 88 years old and has trouble traversing stairs. It took him quite a long time to get up and down to "ground level"... It was very disappointing. on such short order we could not find another place to accommodate...

The bedroom’s pillows are uncomfortable, laking support, and having only two pillows for each bedroom. Four comfortable pillows for each bedroom would be more appropriate. "Check in was easy and owner was accommodating to allow for early parking. The building smelled musty and our porch was filthy. We had to vacuum to even sit on the outdoor furniture, some cushions were still loaded with webs. The toilet was dirty and we had to buy toilet paper for our short stay. In addition, there was no warm water. We had to inquire, which luckily Josh was quick to respond and found a switch to be blown. The location was much further than anticipated. "
