"Unfortunately we are giving a poor and unsatisfactory review. The room was very small, the bed was one step away from the door! The bed creaked loudly when you turned in bed because of the noisy bed springs. The donkeys brayed throughout the night. We did not sleep well. The bathroom door did not close properly and also creaked loudly when you opened it. The shower did not drain well , there was not enough hot water, and it got cold quickly. "Worst experience in my 40+ years of travel. Loud, aggressive dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG outside and no one attempts to keep them quiet. I got ZERO sleep and feel like crap this morning. I would have been better off sleeping in the middle of the street- and I have to pay money for this?? Also strong mold smell from bathroom and gas smell if heat is on."

"This is a lovely, very private, countryside getaway. It's quiet and restful. The owners were kind and accommodating and we had a truly lovely evening meal as well as a good breakfast. We were there only for one night but this would be ideal for a longer stay."
