"The good and the bad, stayed here 11/12/24 to 11/19/24, the location is premium. The room was clean with high ceilings and a window. This was our first time in Italy, we spent a few nights in Rome and a few in Florence. The location is prime for going out and seeing all the sights. They did have a wine bottle opener in the common area which was helpful. They also have a 24/7 whatsapp for questions and help which was helpful. Although clean, the room was unfinished. "The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We were having problems getting the AC going and called the front desk for help. The young lady came right away and fixed it for us.
