"Its the most terrible hotel, they are lyers and they do not have 4 stars. At first they try to present the hotel for the other hotel in the center of the town showing some pics from the real hotel. The real name of this hotel is not the Royall the true name is Royall beach hotel. The try to attempt to lye everybody."

"This place has potential but it needs refurbishment to improve its facilities. The toilet is in the shower. Shower water fills the bathroom floor, as there is no cubical. There is no hair dryer, and no air condition in the bedroom. There was one air condition in the adjacent living room. The matress was hard and old. No selection for breakfast, take it or leave it. Restaurant menu selection is very poor. There is one shuttle bus to go to the beach and back. Bar is there but...

Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake. Asked for more rice ( as that was the only eatable ) and took 1 hr and begging to get it. Elevator didn’t work, getting to the 6th floor was getting up at the 4 and then walk 2 floors. "Conveniently located close to the beach. The room was clean, modern and comfortable - balcony was also nice. The amenities are great for a nice summer stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was also very nice and excellent value. Krassimir at the front desk was very polite and attentive - all personnel were kind and greeted us every time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Varna."

Fantastic hotel

"It was a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. It was across the street from the beach and a ton of restaurants, shops, bars (one of them is an Eiffel Tower, carnival rides, ect. The noise from all that goes on until 3AM. That’s not a complaint. If you are across from all that you should expect noise. I mention it to suggest packing ear plugs. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean. We splurged for a balcony and I’m so glad we did. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable!! It had everything you could possibly imagine and it was delicious. The other bonus was free parking. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "

Door lock was kind of broken, anyone could get in. Linens were full of stain. We asked for a refund of our second night since it wasn’t even a night just we needed late check out at 16:30 and manager lied into our eyes that we will get it, then told to expedia “no refund, we can stay an extra day ir get a free parking” note: we had no car and was on a business trip. The worst experience of my life. Stay away"

"perfect!!! We arrived for three nights and following a surprising stay, we decided to change plans and stay 2 more nights!!! And all this, I must mention important details: the hotel is externally beautiful and inviting, the public areas are clean and well-maintained, the rooms require renovation (old furniture and many other details that require maintenance), but the cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional and the maid service is excellent and attentive to every request. We were on the all inclusive plan, and it was just perfect! The food was delicious and hot with a large selection of salads, soups, different meats, etc., the chef is always there and always in a position to serve the guests, a big thank you to the chef for the dedicated service! The waiters always smile and give good and efficient service. The reception service at the hotel is always available, attentive and creative for any question and request. Just a perfect hotel, we will come again and recommend to everyone at every opportunity! Thank you so much for wonderful time!"
