"Dette hotel er slet ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Først og fremmest havde vi bestilt et værelse med udsigt til havet. Dog fik vi et værelse med udsigten til skov og klipper. Havet kunne kun ses meget lidt hvis man gik ud på terrassen. Derudover var værelserne ikke rene. Der var edderkoppespind og døde myrer indenfor. Det værste var, at selve toilettet var meget urent. "Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kaliakra: quality food, very helpful personell, child friendly, a few steps to the beach. The downside from my point of view is that there is actually no area on the beach itself reserved for Kaliakra clients. That means that on the beach you will not be able to hire umbrella, etc. Also it is extremely noisy until 12am if you have booked the room with the sea view.
