"The Colony definitely has a vibe to it. Plenty of activity in the lobby and around the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. My particular room was awful, as it was located behind the elevator and the bathroom was tiny, with peeling wallpaper and pretty dirty overall. I had asked to get in my room early, so I think this was their way of teaching me not to do so again. Have stayed there in the past and never had an issue with a room. "Really can’t find anything negative to say about the Opal Grand. I had booked a pool view room and when we arrived we were upgraded to oceanfront which was really lovely. Great location walkable to many nice restaurants and beach right across the street. Absolutely incredible service, I can’t recall a friendlier and more accommodating staff. We would most definitely stay here again if we go back to Delray which is a beautiful extremely clean town. "

"This is a beautiful recently renovated property. The staff is excellent across the board. Very friendly and professional. My only issue is that a comment that was made to us (twice) that was snarky was with regards to "booking through a 3rd party" and made us feel like we were low budget when we actually paid the same rate that they listed on their website. We booked through Expedia to be efficient - not to save money."

"I enjoy my stay each time i visit, but each time i enter the room it smells so stuffy. Its a new room and that sement smell is potent and so difficult to digest at night. The rooms needs an air purifier or doors to be kept open. Aswell the small night flies not sure where it comes from. But these are areas that can inprove. "
