"Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing."

My only two gripes - the only food we ate was a dessert we ordered (crumble and brownie) both were below average and at £8 that’s bad. "Excellent service from check in onwards. The delightful, professional and helpful Nadia heard my concerns about needing a quiet room and adjusted the booking accordingly. Sounds simple but it’s very rare for staff to take the request seriously! It made all the difference to me. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Beautiful grounds to wander in and a great breakfast which I really appreciated, as I hadn’t booked it. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend! "
