"I have just stayed at the Queensgate Hotel on a business trip. The staff were superb from check in to leaving. The hotel was very clean. I was using a function room for the purpose of my travel. The staff set the room up after asking my requirements and were very accommodating to any needs of the delegates attending the training. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and polite as were the front of house staff and anyone that worked at the property including the Manager. Nothing was too much trouble and I was always greeted with a smile. I am booked to return next week and am looking forward to my return. Many thanks to everyone at the Queensgate Hotel. "
