"We really enjoyed our stay in Turks. The house was very well maintained, including nice outdoor furniture and very clean grill. The house is in a GREAT location, the beach nearby is absolutely stunning. Although it's a 5 min walk, we chose to load up the chairs, umbrella and cooler and drive so we didn't have to carry everything. Parking was easy. "The host could not have been more helpful and friendly! Pool was a little cool and didn't get a lot of sun but we were always able to find some sun on the pool deck. When we booked the listing said a hot tub was there but none was available so that was a disappointment. Close to all beaches and in a quiet safe neighborhood . Worked out perfectly for us, would recomend it to anyone traveling there."

"Majid and the property were amazing. Super clean, very nice apartment. The balcony was heaven and veryyy easy access to the beach. He had chairs and kayaks set up at the beach, which is fairly private, so we never had to carry anything out there. Only about 10 minutes from the main touristy area but we avoided all the crowds. The hot water went out briefly, but they fixed it within 20 minutes. A perfect stay!"

"Wow! No words to describe everything about this winter escape from cold northern Iowa in February! This is one of the GREATEST family trips we have taken. We the grandparents took our 2 kids, spouses and 5 grandchildren on this priceless adventure in paradise.The property is absolutely stunning and better than advertised. The home does need some new kitchen utensils, knives, oven sheet pans, etc, but we made do. The mattresses are all VERY firm, but again, we made do. Cady was an AMAZING host and very attentive. "We found this property to meet and exceed our expectations. I would recommend this villa as a great getaway place on the island. It was a comfortable,clean, safe and private location.
