"Easy communication with host; property was in a good location for us (we had a car) and the adjoining properties (and the neighbourhood generally) are quiet. Everything that others have said about the dog is true - very good natured and even my son, who has severe autism and is quite scared of dogs, was fine with this one. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the living area is spacious. The bathroom and kitchen are looking a little tired, but that’s not something that concerns us because...

"This was the perfect property and perfect stay for us. The home was ideal for our family, the bonfire was amazing every night, the screened in porch perfect for nightly dinners, the beach and water and pool just wonderful! We had the best time and felt so blessed to get to stay here for Christmas. It was very special! Owners were incredibly responsive and Ben was wonderful in helping us with anything we needed. Just be sure to pack big spray! :) we would love to come back another time!! "

"North Turks, is a peaceful, beautiful location. Beach is pristine. It brings you back to simpler times. If you’re looking for dining, try middle Caicos mudjin bay. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. Groceries are pricey but buy them in Provo and take them on the ferry with you. Most excursions are from Provo and you’ll need to ferry back there for them. Enjoy the tranquil beach and unwind....

The villa is stocked with basic amenities (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash)to make a quick back pack trip perfect. "Check in was easy but listing stated that there was AC and I didn’t know that it was located only in the bedroom. It was ok in the rest of the dwelling only when the bedroom door was open. Host responded but was slow with his responses I was greeted with many bugs and it was a very uncomfortable experience. "Truly a wonderful experience. North Caicos is a place where everyone is glad to see you and loves to laugh. Kadra was a wonderful property manager and was responsive and made excellent recommendations as to beaches, restaurants and excursions. The house is super remote and you have total privacy.
