"The staff at this resort are fantastic and make the stay. Marcia is a gracious and kind hostess, making breakfast daily and doing an outstanding job of cleaning the rooms during the day. Mike, the bartender is affable, funny, and creates a lighthearted atmosphere. The sailing/kite surfing instructor has a lifetime of experiences to share with you. And those are a few of the great employees we met there. I would advise renting a car because there are almost no dining options on the property...

"First time visiting Turks and Caicos. Grandview condo is perfect spot on Grace Bay with many dining options with in walking distance. The ocean view from the condo is amazing, better than the pictures. The grounds are very well maintained and beautiful. Uncrowded, never a problem getting a lounger/umbrella at the beach. Local people were very friendly. Owner Rachel was helpful and booking was very easy. Host Adeline was great and helped with any questions or dining options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...

Only downfall is that this condo doesn't have an attached balcony big enough to sit on. But there was plenty of space and chairs at the pool area to take your coffee or afternoon snacks. "This condo was perfect for our family of 4! We stayed for a week over the New Year holiday. The location was terrific, a very easy walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach. Restaurants, shopping, and the grocery store were also very short walks away from the condo. There is plenty of parking on site, and the property manager, Leola, was wonderful! "Truly a wonderful experience. North Caicos is a place where everyone is glad to see you and loves to laugh. Kadra was a wonderful property manager and was responsive and made excellent recommendations as to beaches, restaurants and excursions. The house is super remote and you have total privacy. "Loved this stay! Very quiet & clean . Mr Groupers was about a 3-5 minute walk & Daniel rode us to the beach on the golf cart in about 2-3 minutes. It’s about 8-10 minutes away from the shopping center/night clubs/restaurants. There are dinning options around the location at other hotels but none at this one . There is a vending machine with drinks & light snacks . No laundry service on site . Staff was amazing, very nice & called for our taxi services when we needed them. I would def stay here again . "

"Can't say enough positive things about the staff here, they truly go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay. From the time you arrive they are super helpful with anything you might need from reservations to taxis and wont hesitate to call and confirm/update/cancel what you need. The restaurants were great, the property was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable, I felt very much at home. I traveled alone and really enjoyed myself but would have just as great of a stay with friends or a significant other. Cant wait to go back!"
