"Absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately we only spent one night whilst visiting friends in Hermanus. I could have stayed a month. Very friendly and welcoming. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. Lovely lounge area which was cosy and warm for a nightcap after a meal out. Perfect spot in a secure space for relaxing and exploring the area. Will definitely return. "My wife and I stopped over at Arabella Golf Resort and Spa for three nights. The staff were absolutely amazing, the food brilliant, the breakfast exceptional! In addition I had an accident involving me to be rushed to the emergency section of Mediclinic Hermanus. The duty Supervisor realised the urgency, and treated me whilst the ambulance was en route. Quickly fixed up, the staff Supervisor at Arabella personally drove to collect us and take us back to the hotel at 1.30 in the morning. A very well managed hotel with professional staff that use initiative. Great work Arabella, we will be back. Highly recommended. Thank you!! "
