The top of the hotel is where you have an amazing breakfast in the morning and excellent dinner options at night while offering a great view from the eighth floor. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries...

"Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall.
