"This is the first time we’ve stayed here and will definitely go back . Great value with a lovely relaxed atmosphere . The room was beautifully clean with several touches that took it up to another level ( well done to the staff ) my husband was extremely impressed with the fire precautions. His words ( the best he’s ever seen ) he’s now retired but his job was a fire prevention officer with the fire brigade. So great praise to the owners for the safety of the building staff & customers..we will be back "

"Lavish surroundings accompanied by friendly attentive staff. The restaurant had a pleasant and varied menu that was well priced and wonderfully cooked. A pleasant bar with comfortable furnishings and a tea room adjacent, catered for your needs throughout the day. The spacious and comfortable room was astounding, with rugged cliff and sea views it was the perfect getaway. A truly spectacular experience in calm and historic surroundings. Thoroughly recommend."

"Very nice hotel in an ideal location. Lovely views of the harbour. Staff were great and provided a lovely service. The breakfast was good quality and executed to a high standard. Which you would hope for as it’s charged separately to your stay. Plenty of parking, again, charged ontop of your nightly stay. Easy to access by car and would stay again. "

"We found this little gem by accident: the staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us - super kind to our dog and kids! Hotel is really pet friendly and makes furry visitors very welcome. Rooms well-equipped and spotless. Yummy breakfast cooked to order. Thank you so much: we will be back! "
